We always try to do our best in all of our stores in regards to Customer service, Product assortment, and product knowledge so that you may have a memorable experience with us. This customer was kind enough to send us an email regarding his experience which I hope would encourage our staff with the positives and improve on our short comings.

“It was a long time, since shopping here…the last time was back in high school buying Z sweaters, International News sweatshirts, and jeans folded tight on the end.

It was refreshing to come in with trendy urban clothing. Not much for selections for guys but have brands such as Obey but always changing brands because trends not selling well. I really like MG Black but they stop carrying that brand.

I came on a day with 30% off so I went to town but the salesperson kept telling me that is what we got and Bellevue store has more selections. I was force to do two transactions, one being on the phone with the Bellevue store to purchase items that the downtown store didnt have. Both transaction took a long time because of sales error and made me come back the next day to pick up the items from the Bellevue store which they didnt have come in as promise which I pay for parking to pickup. They did make it up by shipping it UPS to me so in the end it work out for me.

I would come back again because Zebra club carrys Questkids clothing and my 2yr old daughter loves that brand.”

SOME OF YOU WEREN’T EVEN BORN YET!!! IN THE 80′S, ZEBRA CLUB WAS THIS CRAZY CONCEPT IN RETAIL, AND SET A NEW STANDARD IN THE CLOTHING INDUSTRY. BRANDS ACTUALLY HAD OWNERSHIP IN THE STORE BY DISPLAYING WHAT THEY WANTED AND HOW THEY WANTED WITH SIGNAGE AND FIXTURES TO SUPPORT THEIR MESSAGE AS A BRAND, INTRODUCING “ENVIRONMENTAL RETAILING” TO THE WORLD. THANKS TO BRIAN ROE, OUR GOOD FRIEND ON FACEBOOK (IF YOUR HIS FRIEND, CHECK OUT HIS PERSONAL PICS, SUCH A GREAT PEEK INTO THE PAST!), WE HAVE AN ARTICLE AND A GREAT PIC WHEN WE USED TO HAVE A SALON IN HERE!!! WHAT?!!!! ENJOY!!!

Loyalty is hard to come by….

Zebra Club has been at it for 25 years now!!!! That’s a very long time! I’ve seen some of my favorite shopping destinations come and go over that period of time. The people who supported us back then are all grown up and some of whom had children of their own that now shop here. The stories from these customers of the past, when wearing a Zebra Club sweatshirt was “Rad” and some of them even wore them to represent their hood!! The past employees who have gone on to bigger and better things in their life, two of them are successful clothing designers! There was always a history of celebrities who came to our store first for their shopping needs whether they were in town for a show, or just plain enjoying what this beautiful city has to offer.

This wonderful past encourages us to grow and look forward to a brighter future. Our goal has always been the same…to bring new and innovative fashion to the Pacific Northwest. This market has been tough on everyone the past few years, but you kept us around with your support. That is why we want to say “Thank You, Loyal Customer and Friend!” Even though you have other options out there, we know we wouldn’t have made it this far without you….

IN HONOR OF THE WINTER OLYMPICS IN VANCOUVER, B.C., WE DID OUR WINDOWS TO PAY RESPECT TO THOSE WHO REPRESENT THEY’RE COUNTRY WITH PRIDE. NO DISRESPECT TO THE MILITARY OR ANY OTHER OCCUPATION, BUT THEY HAVE A HOLIDAY FOR ALMOST EVERYTHING!!! THIS IS ONCE EVERY 4 YEARS SO WHY NOT?!! AT LAST COUNT, THE U.S. HAD 15 MEDALS, GERMANY HAD 11 MEDALS, NORWAY HAD 8 MEDALS AND CANADA HAD 7!!! ENJOY THE GAMES!!! AND DON’T FORGET THAT WE HAVE A ZEBRACLUB ON SOUTH GRANVILLE!!!!
